How quickly do you find candidates?

In most cases, the recruitment process takes up to 14 days.     

We offer a free replacement during the guarantee period — from one to six months, depending on the role.

We partner with companies engaged in legal business activities, open to hiring Russian-speaking professionals, and not affiliated with the Russian government or defense sector.

Our service fee is equivalent to one month's gross salary of the hired candidate (pre-tax).
